Chakra and Chi
CHAKRA:
Chakra was originally something that belonged to the Shinju. When Princess Kaguya Ōtsutsuki ate the fruit the Shinju bore, she became the first person in history to wield chakra. With her newfound power, she ended all the wars that plagued the lands. Her sons, Hamura and Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, the latter of whom would become the man known as the Sage of the Six Paths, were the first people to be born with chakra. It was Hagoromo who spread chakra to others, intending for the chakra to connect people's spiritual energy so that they would understand one another without even talking. This became known as ninshū (忍宗; Literally meaning "Shinobi Sect"), with his goal being to lead the world toward peace. However, the people did not use chakra in the way the Sage had hoped, instead using it to connect their inner spiritual and physical energies. They kneaded their inner chakra to amplify and weaponise it, creating what is now known as ninjutsu. In the end, they ended up using their chakra in battle, just as Hagoromo's mother Kaguya did.
Since being spread by the Sage of the Six Paths, chakra has become a form of life energy that all living individuals produce to some degree and require to survive. Produced within the "chakra coils" that mainly surround and connect to each chakra-producing organ, the energy circulates throughout the body in a network called the "Chakra Pathway System", which is similar to the cardiovascular system. Certain groups, such as shinobi, have learned to generate more chakra and release it outside their bodies through pressure points called tenketsu in order to perform jutsu.
Chakra Control (チャクラコントロール, chakura kontorōru) is a term that refers to the control of one's chakra and aptitude at controlling it. In Naruto, chakra takes time and a great deal of training to gradually build up. Thus, the key is not actually having chakra, but being able to sufficiently control and conserve it. Everyone has chakra, but only skilled ninja can correctly "mould" and "manipulate" it to its fullest extent.
Chakra (チャクラ, chakura) is essential to even the most basic technique; it is the moulding of the physical energy (身体エネルギー, shintai enerugī) present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy (精神エネルギー, seishin enerugī; English TV "Mental Energy") gained from the mind. Once moulded, it can be channelled through the chakra pathway system, which is to chakra as the circulatory system is to blood, to any of the 361 tenketsu in the body. Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, the chakra can then be controlled and manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire or creating illusions.
Through the process of nature transformation, chakra can be converted into a number of different natures. Most ninja have a natural affinity to one chakra nature, but they have the capacity to use natures apart from their own affinity.
Chakra made easy:
The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through.
Blocked energy in our 7 Chakras can often lead to illness so it's important to understand what each Chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.

Ch'i or qi (氣), "energy force" in Chinese culture
Life force energy, also known as chi or prana, is found in everything. This subtle and pervasive energy is said to be the vital building block of all matter and creation, both physical and non-physical. This energy flows in, through, and around the body, forming vibrant and cohesive living systems in endless forms. Many traditions believe that a steady supply of chi is necessary to sustain all living beings. By understanding the rhythm, flow, and the qualities of life force energy, a wide variety of exercises and healing practices have been developed over time to improve health, vitality, and longevity. These practices are worldwide and span across all cultures including Reiki, Qi Gong, Pranic Healing, and many more.
In rare cases, chi has been shown to produce some truly astounding effects. In the following video, a Chinese healer demonstrates some of the powerful applications of chi when harnessed and directed with mastery. These feats are clearly visible and are shocking to witness at first. This type of ability came from much training and diligent meditation, including his membership in a secret order of healers.

Yin Chi-Mastering Yin Chi is the key to the spirit world.
TAO YIN CHI BREATHING:
The heat of the body can release in the woods absorbed by nature but artificial environments cannot absorb the body heat; the body heat is trapped and cannot be released causing disease and heart attack. So you need to release the body heat or body will overheat burning up the internal organs (disease) by deep breathing moving the heat out of the body.
OPENING THE PSOAS MUSCLE
The Psoas muscle connects & moves the hips, spine & legs; all movement of Tai Chi Chi Kung comes from the Psoas muscle. The kidneys are connected to Psoas muscle & nerves are behind move it. The Psoas muscle is different from all other muscles, when you are relaxed it shortens & when you move it lengthens but problem is when you don't move it is shortens, and does not grow. Eventually it shortens until you cannot move it & your body tightens up. Also kidney cold energy & fear freezes up the psoas muscle so you have to warm it up & lengthen it out (Tao Yin). The Heart is warm and the Kidney is cold. Draw heat down from heart into the psoas muscle because the psoas muscle contracts when it receives cold energy from the kidney; when psoas muscle contracts you get back pain but warm energy from the heart loosens the psoas and no back pain. Walking will open it up but we don't walk today. We sit too much in a chair on the sacrum cutting off the Psoas muscle so we should sit only in a squat. The Psoas muscle & tendons are like rubber bands; when you stretch them too much; they looses their strength (power) but you lengthen them not only by stretching but by growing them through the Chi Breathing.
